FYI, the one article for X wing you have posted already is wrong. With initiative (which his build has) he moves first and shoots first. Without initiative, you move last and shoot last.

He said he wanted to move last and shoot first with his list, thus the initiative bid. But that will never happen (well, as far as init goes... being overall high PS will make that "happen")
