I know this won't be entirely relevant for a time, but I was curious if anyone else out there was planning on doing any sort of repaints for the Transport or the Corvette? I was thinking of at least adding some blue highlights to the engines, but I'm thinking of giving one or another a specific design, but I've yet to settle on which one. :3

I would expect there to be fewer repaints (aside perhaps some minor/singular details) than with the smaller ships, mainly because people have fewer of them. That reduces the need for variation, increases the cost of adding repaints to your list and heightens the risk for your investment since they aren't that cheap.

For those with multiple of each, I would guess Imperial/Rebel cross coloring will be high on the agenda to use them on both sides concurrently.

I will most likely pick up the Transport (mostly to get the new X-Wing pilots) and plan to paint the transport to match my Ice Squadron Rebel theme.

I'm still on the fence as to whether I want a transport, but if I do I'll be certain to repaint it to match my Rebs.

I'll airbrush in Engine glows for a start then look at weathering them. Helps I have a heap of photos I took of the original Blockade Runner model from when it was touring museums.

On my corvette I'll be painting all of the red parts blue

thought about painting the red parts blue or black in my CR-90.

Maybe a highlight or a wash, but nothing major.
