I would expect to see one of these toward the end of the month, if not a little sooner. But they have five Wave 4 preview articles to space out over February, March, April, May, and June (one general preview and four ship-specific ones), so we'll have to wait three or four weeks to see each new one.

Well, Imdaar Alpha is a pre-release tournament and it's happening at the end of May/beginning of June… and at that point, I'd guess it'll be a GenCon release.

If that's true, it's a pretty massive improvement over how things have been lately.

Wave 3 came out in Sept 13, over 5 months ago. So 5 or so months between Wave 3 and Aces.

If we get the Transport, CR-90 and Wave 4 by Aug or even Sept, that's still 4 new releases in the same time frame between Wave 3 and Aces.

Does everyone forget that Wave 3 was announced in May, released in Sept? Yes, the Aces delay was bad. Worse than Wave 2. I don't see why you shouldn't expect Wave 4 by July.

Actually, it's just as bad as Wave 2's delay.

Wave 2 was originally slated for release in November 2012, and was actually released at the end of February 2013.

Imperial Aces was originally slated for release in mid-December 2013, and it's actually being released in mid-March 2014.

They're both three-month delays.

With Imdaar Alpha coming at the beginning of June, I think a mid-July release for Wave 4 sounds about right.

... what? The B-Wing is a pure dog fighter. It's terrible at jousting. With the short K-Turn and the more short range dial (excluding the red 1 hard turn), it's an excellent close in knife fighter. Especially if you put on Advanced Sensors, allowing you to act even as you pull a red hard turn or K-Turn, or to barrel roll prior to moving to setup a killer shot. Or put Sensor Jammer on there and let your enemy agonize about lost damage.

This. Operator error seems to be your problem, not the ship. Either way it begs the question, what happens when Wave 4 doesn't meet your expectations?

A little of both but most players in my meta are extremely good at maneuvering along with PTL /boost. It's somewhat hard to explain but if it doesn't have high defense dice it dies quickly. The meta primarily consists of high pilot skill combined with boosting into a prime shot or denying your opponent a shot at all.

Ok let's just get it out there shall we. Its really all about that Rebels are squeakily clean do gooders that need to be exterminated by the empire. of course I still like the Bwing as a model, fully converted mine!

The Bothans are working as hard as they can... but even they deserve time away from stealing plans.

For the Phantom all I needed to see was 4 base attack dice...and the ability to put a Gunner in that bad boy!
