How you guys can beat this scenario?

I only have khazad dum and mirkwood cycle cards and i just cant make good deck for guesting and fighting againts Smaug.

in solo play i managed to get 3b but then i just hadnt any chances to kill Smaug.

and in 2-player we didnt get even first guest before Smaug killed all our heroes

So how did you completed this scenario and did you succeeded with only those sets?

Well it helped little but only problem is that i dont have Balin or Aragorn

This quest is going to be really difficult without a larger card pool. With what you have I would play Dwarf deck, if you had the First Hobbit box that would help a lot, but still might not be enough without the rest of the cards from Dwarodelf cycle.

Shadow and Flame the last AP in Dwarodelf was released the same Month as Laketown and Hobbit saga was released around the same time, and players still struggled with the scenario and it was the toughest for a long time. So, it might be very frustrating until you get more cards.
