If you are running Neutral Faction as your house card ( You have no House affiliation ), am I correct in assuming that there is no such thing as "In House" cards?

So Neutral cards wouldn't be considered in-house cards for the Neutral faction?

The Neutral Faction card actually has the text "You have no house affiliation." Nothing can be in-house because of that text. Also, technically, neutral cards, by definition also have no house affiliation.
