So, I got Valyndra Lieutenant pack, and was wondering, is there any list of what each Lieutenant works well with?

Valyndra for one plays well with large monster, Belthuir I’ve heard works well with basic OL deck 1, but what about the rest?

You can find almost all of their decks on BGG. Looking through them will give you an idea of what they are good with. I don't know if anyone has compiled a list specifically though.

As a generic statement for each:

Baron Zachareth: Specializes in Overlord Card mechanics

Belthir: Specializes in Basic I Deck buffs

Lady Eliza Farrow: Specializes in Dark Monsters

Lord Merrick Farrow: Specializes in Magic Overlord cards

Sir Alric Farrow: Provides buffs to monsters based on different conditions with no specialty

Splig: Specializes in Wilderness monsters

Valyndra:Specializes in HUGE or MASSIVE monsters

Bol'Goreth: Specializes in Disease and Poison

They obviously have there own abilities outside those that should be taken into consideration and looking at the cards can help make a decision.

Ariad too specialize in dark monster. Eliza more on health damage and small monsters

Queen Ariad specialise in wilderness monsters and traps. Splig is in small monsters

Serena is on civilised monsters

Raythen plays with search tokens
