*finishes painting Y-wings on his Interceptor*
Speaking from an Imperial point of view, why not give it an Engine Upgrade with Push the Limit?
EVERYTHING EVER SHOULD BOOST.

PTL or anything that generates stress might not be the best choice for a Y-Wing with only two green maneuvers.
Yeah, that's my thought. And focus tokens do less for Proton Torpedoes than for almost any other attack, since the torpedo itself already flips one [eye] result.
What I do like is the idea of running a relatively cheap Gray Squadron sponge with Draw Their Fire, or as a nice little support ship with Squad Leader. And I'll definitely experiment with Dutch + Expert Handling (at least until the Wave 4 TL+boost droid is in my hands).
Not sure I'd bother with squad leader because you can only give an action to a ship with lower pilot skill, so seems wasted on a PS4 esp for three points

PtL and the ability to boost on a ship that can take a turret is great. Chip away, control their movement, stay out of their arc

That's exactly why I suggested it. I put Push the Limit on the Lambda Shuttle that has the Ion Cannon and the Engine Upgrade and it's effectively a troll ship, with my Shoop Da Woop Firespray coming in to sweep everything up.

Except the Lambda can't take Push the limit... I wish the shuttle had an EPT though. Barell rolling on the shuttle would be pure joy.

Oh. *takes Push the Limit off and curses profusely* That's the second time today I've messed up with PTL.

Expert Handling on Captain Kagi...
Barrel Roll + Target Lock Negation on a Large Base Ship that MUST be Target Locked...
That's like putting Wes Janson and Carnor Jax in the same fleet, and giving everyone else Opportunist.
Which is not quite as overpowered as what we thought Yorr + Opportunist would do, but still ;-)

Well, it's hard to disagree, but... with the upcoming R7-T1 you can do basicly the same thing (limited by ship's being in your arc) but for one point cheaper and without getting stressed. As one said - with new astromechs the droid upgrade slot just got a bit more valuable and it might be hard to squeeze in a good EPT with R2-D6.
Of course you can get PtL on Y-wing now, but it leaves you with only two maneuvers to choose for the next turn (if you want your action), and both are straight. Even more, having both TL and Focus doesn't really improve your damage output if you're firing Ion Cannon anyway. So let's go with other options:
Adrenaline Rush - well, that's one seems ok. It allows you to koiogran on the tail of ioned ship with ease and still having an action to continue ioning him.
Deadeye - that could be Horton's new friend, allowing him more freedom in choosing targets. He can even get Focus from Kyle or Squad Leader making him extremely reliable hitter. It is also true for Grey if you load him up with torpedoes. Dutch - not so much, he want's to target lock anyway.
Draw their Fire - Y-wing drawing fire away from Biggs could be golden, or at least funny to watch. Though, at the cost of astromech and 2 points, not so compelling.
Veteran Instincts - could be great on Dutch, to allow him to target lock more valuable ships during first approach.
Elusiveness, Daredevil, Expert Handling - all suffer from stressing your ship, and you will have hard time shedding it.
Squad Leader - well, you usually want to keep this action for yourself. Jan is great with it becouse she has a great ability that don't require her to do anything, so she can boost Biggs with her action and Wedge with her ability without really doing anything else but taking pot-shots. Y-wings - not so much, they want their hits to land and count.
Swarm Tactics - do you really want to use Horton's asrtomech slot for it? Really? Put it on someone who already has the slot for EPT!
Marksmanship - yeah, could be fun... not really ant reason not to take it, but also no astonishing benefits. And, well, crap on Dutch.
Opportunist, Expose - the second suck, you try not to use your primary weapon anyway, and Opportunist would be terribly expensive on a ship that want's to take turret and/or torpedoes.
Outmaneuver, Predator, Wingman, Decoy - not a clue
So R2-D6 opens some possibilities, but none seem to be an instant pick, which is good. I belive I'll try Deadeye'd Horton or VI'd Dutch just for fun, but I also belive that the best use for this new whistling fella' is Veteran Instincts on Garven
Edit: Forgot Determination! Well, with all those hull points it could be funny
