Hi - would just like to confirm some things about Rickon's ability

Response: After an effect allows you to search your deck, kneel Rickon Stark to copy that effect. (Limit once per phase)

I assume this means copy the effect without any cost?

Here are two example scenarios that I would like confirmation about:

What if Rickon is in play and I reveal At the Gates

When revealed, if you have no City plot cards in your used pile, search your deck for a neutral or in-House Maester character of printed cost 3 or lower, and put it into play. Then, shuffle your deck.

Can I search for and put into play two maesters?

What if I trigger Maege's response

If you are not running an Agenda, Maege Mormont gains: "Response: After you win a challenge in which Maege Mormont participated, return her to her owner's hand to search your deck for a [stark] location. Put that location into play knelt and shuffle your deck."

Does this allow me to search for and put into play two locations?

The cost for Rickon's ability is kneeling him. You don't have to pay the cost of the effect you're copying (but you have to choose targets, possibly different ones from the original).

Interesting - he could be quite a strong character, allowing secondary searches at plot, marshalling and challenges - assuming I keep re-standing him
