I'm looking at a picture of a HWK-290 in the core rule book. Has FFG released EotE stats for it yet? I've looked through the core book, suns of fortune and enter the unknown and didn't find anything. Perhaps it's in AoR?
HWK-290 Stats?
Is that the one that's kind of brown and looks more bird-like than other SW ships? They have that ship in the X-Wing minis game, it's possible they've reused the art.

They are not. Hopefully we'll see it added to the Core Rulebook, though. I'd like to see the FFG take on the Moldy Crow.
It shouldn't be too hard to stat out, though it does have Millennium Falconesque proportion and scale issues...
If i recall, the scale issues was someone at wotc decided it was a bigger ship. If you look at the scale in FFG X-Wing game, it is more in line with the other models.
Still, that's gonna be a challenge for some people when you list it as Sil3 and having an Enc of only around 50 and only one or two passengers, because they totally read on Wookieepedia that it can carry 150 metric tons (closer to 200 enc) and 6 passengers.
I did a write-up of the HWK-290 some time ago for the Gamer Security Agency.
I opted to "split the difference" and make the ship a Silhouette 4 Patrol Boat, with the idea that it's on the smaller side of Silhouette 4 rather than the larger side of Silhouette 3. I had debated listing the Passenger Capacity as 1 to reflect how small the ship really is according to the Lucasfilm archives, but stuck with 3 to make it more viable for a PC party that's got more than a couple of members.
I think JegerGryte has his own version that's much closer to the WotC take and proceeds with the HWK-290 being a light freighter with encumbrance and passenger space akin to other light freighters such as the YT-series ships.
I thought I'd seen a writeup for it before, should have known it was Dono and the GSA.
Dono is partly right about my version, after the apparent retcon or whatever you want to call it that FFG did when releasing it for X-Wing Miniatures, I did a revision. Adding weapons, reducing encumbrance capacity and decreasing passenger capacity. It can be found in here, page 37.
