Please help with this scenario.

I am playing DS with the Black Squadron Assault objective.

I start my turn with 2 focus on Vader's Tie Advanced

I refresh and remove 1 focus on the tie

During deployment I place a focus token on the Black Squadron Assault (BSA) to bring in a unit. Can I also claim the ACTION on the BSA and remove the remaining focus token from the existing TIE unit?

eg by playing the single focus do I get both the resource and the action capability of this objective?

Would this also work if I focus the BSA objective to bring in an event in some other phase and can then also claim the action?

In the deployment phase, think of it as that you have multiple deployment turns (until you decide to finish), and after each turn, your opponent can do an action. On any given deployment turn, you can either do an "action" or play a card, not both - it's worded differently in the rules, I'm paraphrasing. If you choose to do the BSA action, then that's your action this deployment turn. You can only do the BSA action if the BSA card has no focus token(s) on it (because you can only "focus an objective" if it has no focus tokens on it). Once the BSA card has focus tokens on it (from either using its action or from being used to generate resources), then on future deployment turns, it can neither be used to do its action again (because its focused), nor can it be used to generate resources to play a card (again, because it already has focus tokens on it). No, you can either focus this objective for resources or focus it to use the action.
