Hello ,just wondering if anyone solo plays this in anyway ???
Solo,Solo
I have quite a bit. The best way I have found is plan your maneuvers for one side go do something else for a while then come back and plan the other side then see how it plays out, this works better if you can forget what you planned for the other side. I mostly do this for testing new scenarios
I do, it's how I playtest my squad builds.
Try this site though, mit helps fly the other side, and you dont have to try to forget what you did for the other side.. I know I can never forget the moves I made for either side

I didn't create this, but it's a cool way to fly the enemy, and you dont need to trick yourself.

That's kinda neat. What I do is decide what are the 'AI' ships best 3 manouevres given the situation and roll a die to determine what it does (d6 as d3). I just arbitrarily pick what will be the best action for ai ships given the circumstances.
There is another guy that created some sheets that give a nice veriaty of moves and there is a die roll involved, I use to use it a lot, and he did it for Wings Of Glory which I also play. But I really like this one I posted above, it lets me use my tablet or my phone so I don't have to be right by my computer.

I played a game to try out a squad (2 Bs 2 Xs) and thought id give the AI some extra points (10) so i was facing this squad
Darth Vader
Howlrunner
Mauler Mithel
Dark Curse
Backstabber
Night Beast
at 110 points!
I was destroyed leaving a full hull night beast, 2 hull howl and 2 hull Vader. Do not under estimate the AI but you also have to boss it around a little. I was finding myself changing what it said to do from time to time (mostly do to asteroids).
But thanks so much for the site, i'm gonna get WAY more games in now!
I don't know if you noticed but when you click the direction you need it does cycle through a few maneuvers .. I noted it when I was trying to see what all it was capable of..
And
You're welcome.. lol glad you like it. I am going to try to find where I can message the creator and let him know it's appreciated.
I have done shuttle escort missions solo. I make the imps pick their manuevers, use a d4 to move the shuttle (L 2 bank, 2 stright, 3 straight, R 2 bank), then let the rebels pick manuevers. A rebel ship can burn an action to change the shuttle's movement if it would fly off the board.
This tends to work for me, since the imps have to guess and the rebels might have to expose themselves to cover a shuttle's foolish movement. Makes it easier than trying to outfox myself.
Thanks for the info i will have to try it out.
