A good start

Whats the best way to play?

I'm assuming get the B-Wings in close and joust, while circling with the falcon?

Anything I need to watch out for?

Keep in close to each other, but if you have to b-wings through the asteroids and falcon around the edge

I play something similar... My 2 angry wookies...

The B-wing is a good knife fighter.

You know, PTL can be fun, but I think you might want to consider this setup for Chewie:

Chewbacca + Expert Handling + Intel Agent + Intel Agent

This way, you can see where two ships are going to end up (though it only matters if they are over PS3). You can get in the way with Chewie, or you can use that to get out of arc, enhancing his survival. I don't think EH should ever be underestimated on a large craft.
