Come to one of the only two Store Championships for Call of Cthulhu the LCG in Canada this year!

Where: The Sentry Box, Calgary, Alberta

When: March 15, 2014. Registration 10:30 am, Round 1 at 11:00 am sharp.

We are going to play a round-robin format throughout the day to maximize number of rounds, with the first round starting at 11:00 am sharp. Registration starts at 10:30 am. Number of rounds will depend on number of players. We are going to use the official tournament rules, restricted and banned lists provided by FFG available here: http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_minisite_sec.asp?eidm=11&esem=4

Registration will be $10, and we have some great prizes in the box from FFG: A handsome plaque for the winner, with a certificate to get a Regional bye; top two get custom deckboxes for the game; top four get smoking hot playmats; and every participant gets at least one alternate art copy of the card "The Night" while supplies last (extremely cool full bleed art). Depending on interest, we might order pizza. Depending on interest, we might summon Cthulhu.

If you have never played Call of Cthulhu before but have always wanted to try, now is your best chance! Just let us know you are coming and that you have never played before. As long as you are cool with learning in a tournament environment we can lend you a deck for the day and turn you loose to drive your opponents insane. Cthulhu is a deep game with hundreds of cards available in the card pool, there is lots to discover!
