I just opened a box of shadow war, and a box of SCIV and the distribution was WEIRD...

It wasn't that I didn't get enough URs or anything like that, it was that I was getting DUPLICATEs of the URs i did get (ok thats still cool... cause it puts me closer to a play set)

And in some packs I would get DUPLICATE uncommons or commons. Seriously? Popping a pack and getting 2 of the same card is weird to me.

Anyone else have this happen?

I think i got like 6 URs per box, and I got 1 god pack in the SCIV box. And I got more of one rare than I got of a certain common. Fraking weird...

well at our pre-release I saw 2 6 card packs pop up, a pack with no rares, and then also and GP will all URs...It seems the packaging with a little weird with this set...Oh did anyone notice the smell of the new packs...It was weird...Also the new cardstock for the set seems alot like when they changed it in the second set of spoils...not sure if this is for the better but the stock is def noticable.

I have noticed that when it comes to rares for Soul Calibur 4, you seem to get all of a characters in a single box, and perhaps 2 characters worth. So the box me and my friend opened we got 1 copy of all of nightmares and siegrieds rares and ultras. The box at a pre release i went to got 1 copy of all of Ivy's an Tiras rares and ultra rares (and i just happened to get both of Tiras attacks hehe). Also at that store they opened a pack of Shadowar and got 1 copy of each of Ragnars rare/ultra rare attacks, but it wasnt a god pack.

All in all it is most interesting, and certainly makes things more fun lol.

I noticed back with KoF2006 that the URs in the boxes were always paired - any box with a family heirloom also has a windstorm, any box with a god hand also has an arrogance, etc.

if at our pre-release I actually cracked anything good that I would trade, I probably could have ended the night with a playset of every Zhao-Daiyu card... and that's a LOT of URs and Rs.

Mine have been weird as well this set I have pulled miunett dance every box but yet I haven't seen a single knight breaker and only 2 midnight launchers .

Isn't this all just called being truly random...? It'd be more weird if everything came out close to evenly... although, I got 5 Midnight Launchers in 3 boxes so you wouldn't hear any complaints from me
