Say a Lamda shuttle has Fire Control System, Weapons Engineer and ST-321. I know you can target lock any two ships anywhere on the play area. Say you have Colonel Jendon and you hand off a target lock. Then you attack spend a target lock and with Fire control system can you again target lock two ships? The defender and anybody else on the board? Thanks!

Yes you can. The combination is quite powerful.

Edit:

Note that in order to acquire a TL on the defender via FCS you must not have a TL on him. If you start the attack with a TL on the defender make sure you use it. Reroll zero dice if necessary.

Awesome! Thanks for the tip. I am trying a build with that combo and a couple of Tie bombers. Tough to fly but going well so far.
