Ha! Yeah, that's pretty accurate.

Though it doesn't cover the guy who exclusively uses the RP chat to communicate, rather than use his mic, and is therefore three steps behind everyone else.

Or the guy who completely tunes out until it's "his turn." This isn't as much of an issue anymore, since I got everyone used to PC/GM initiative slots.
