Any advice you give will be great!. Remember these are not decks yet. Im still pretty new and working out the kinks for deck building,

What symbol do you plan on running your character off of? That info would be great to start working on a decklist.

Yi Shan, - Life and Earth

Lu Chen - Life and Good

I would play Yi Shan mono-Earth. Earth has rock-solid attacks and a very strong foundation lineup.

You'll have to bridge out to other licenses rather than just sticking with ShadoWar.

As for actions, you can't go wrong with Tag Along. Run a playset of that. Recurring cards you need AND stopping your opponent's character's abilities is priceless. It's a common, so it won't be hard to get ahold of.

For foundations, see if you can get playsets of Holding Ground, Battle Prowess, The Ways of Punishment, The Glare From the Abyss, Distractable, and Inhuman Perception. Those cards are all un/common and make up the general foundation base of a really good Earth deck.

As for attacking, that's all personal choice. I prefer to go with Tiger Fury and High Plasma Beam, but you can do whatever. I notice that a lot of your attacks now are Reversals. Many people don't like the Reversal keyword because it relies on your opponent attacking you, and many decks will not attack you until they are ready to kill you.
