I don't know, I think that could work nicely if you picked out certain panels!

I painted this B-Wing as my personal ship :-) Yellow works well. (Sorry, not looking to hijack the thread)

That does look pretty sweet, but now if I do it I'd be copying! I'd be tempted with green but I've already used green for AWings. Maybe pink...

the back is black with some silver detail on the pipes and the engines are green to represent the xenomorph acid blood

Both of them look excellent, but MAN that Firespray stands out beautifully. That said, I've actually got an X-Wing paint scheme like that in mind. Probably no green, but definitely a Gold Squadron X-Wing.

I would add a light coat of dark-blue/midnight-blue wash to the blue area on that ship, and it will pop wickedly.

And don't worry about copying EnglishPete if you want a yellow B-wing. Several folks have independently gone for yellow.
