Nice! No cav or military requirements is helpful -
I noticed how this thread paralleled the other one about and was thinking exactly what you posted. Fans can certainly try to approach Star Wars as hard sci-fi, but Star Wars is pulpy, Westerny space opera best enjoyed at face value. "This is the story of Mace Windy, a revered Jedi-bendu of Ophuchi, as related to us by CJ Thorpe, padawaan learner to the famed Jedi." Lucas wrote that as words to conjure -
As much as I always disliked the idea of a Boba Fett movie, after seeing Solo I'd be happy to see the story continued, even if it's from another character's point of view. Big Shot Gangster Putting Together A Crew VS Maul and his new right hand woman, with Boba as the primary character and Han in a supporitng role? I'm in.

With the way Star Wars leadership is working right now, they might not even have the story figured out themselves. -
Well Kudaka blows my Mantis theory out of the water, I've updated what we know in the top post. My Phoenix Dishonour deck would have been quite happy to have Winds of Change. It's annoying that it's an Air role card, though. -
The Scorpion reveals are super flavorful. Well played FFG. Edited August 4, 2017 by Ishi Tonu -
Favored Niece is fckn AMAZING!!!!! Idk what card you're lookin at... -
Sparks is a boobs man. Seriously though I agree she's a great card. Some just seem to be on the fence when it comes to characters with glory stats that could render them ineffective in conflicts if dishonored. I'm not too worried about Scorpion's ability to mess with honored/dishonored status. She's great. Edited August 4, 2017 by Ishi Tonu -
Actually... the Millennium Falcon did the Kessel ESCAPE in less than 12 parsecs.. to me, the Kessel RUN is the 'in' journey... just saying, like ? -
Not saying it's a bad card, as she greatly helps card quality in your hand, but the 2 glory feels more like a negative for the clan. Maybe there's a card that lets a character steal or transfer the honored/dishonored status? -
Just wait for the big reveal that every card revealed so far has really been a Scorpion card in disguise!!! -
This gives me an idea. Star Destroyer support. Bombarding the planet from space. COST 20. Ability, Exhaust this support to win the game. -
Spec, Weapons, Gear, and Vehicles list please? -
The Scorpion won the coup and have now replaced all the loser clans with their own agents. -
Perhaps it's not Solo's fault, but the audience is getting burnt out on Star Wars? There used to be like 3 years between OT movies, the same for the PT movies. There was a 16 years drought of Star Wars between ROTJ and TPM. 10 Years between ROTS and TFA. Now we get a Star Wars movie every year. Sometimes even just few months apart like between TLJ and Solo. If that is -
L3 was amusing, but fighting for equal rights isn’t and isn’t supposed to be funny. It’s supposes to mean something, and it did. The droids at Kessel we’re also “actual slaves”. That’s kinda the point. Edited May 30, 2018 by TasteTheRainbow -
3 fate for a double cycling 2/2/2 seems really good, and likely to get more valuable as the conflict card pool grows. Congrats Scorpion players! -
Any card draw they can get in the Dynasty deck will help let them care about their current honor score less. That seems extremely valuable for the Scorpion. -
Considering I've had 2 Good Omens in my hand vs Lion who would only bid 1........... I really like this card lol -
Honestly, the stats are nice, but I wouldn't worry too much either way about her glory. Her real value seems apparent in her double... action. -
Ok, so first I hope no one from my store and in this campaign will be here lol If they sneak in I'll live, but *shrug* So we have an 8 player group which is a challenge in itself, having a rough time scaling combat for that many PCs, especially when they are quite thorough about environmental threats, one is a droid and immune to many such threats, and they have an obsession with -
Well I am Inexperienced with Role Playing games, but If your In a jam I would suggest using the age of Rebellion mass battle rules for two large groups of people fighting each other. -
Modify the adventures and encounter to allow the combat doods to contribute, with an 8 person group (yoiks) you have to keep everyone relevant as best you can. It is Star Wars after all, combat is rather expected. Coming in at O66 leaves ample opportunity to inject opponents intended for defeat in combat, especially if the players are part of a Jedi sympathetic special missions group. By nature the Empire will place a priority on -
Clone teams like during the pre-O66 period? Assuming there's at least one higher up who's already on Palp's "in the know" list and because our team's leader is openly pro-Jedi he wants us taken care of early? It'd certainly be a moral dilemma to fight them for our own team's clone, and probably lead to a "Why brother, why?" moment followed by "We had orders from the -
Well, shields is obvious: Fail and the base will take damage (possibly interfering with the other things on this list)Defense guns: fail and you won't be able to attack the enemy with them for that round. After all, the base wasn't designed to have all those systems running at the same time, so they would just run out of power for a turn or two.Troop Coordinations: Definately a boost to combat checks
