Why would anyone defect from the glorious Empire?

Until I read this thread I hadn't even considered there might be ambiguity. It seems pretty logical to me that the vibrobayonet applies each time. Otherwise it's not exactly much for 7xp of cards...

Out of curiosity... Is EVERY Star Wars main character now gonna be a chick?

It actually gives him better sustain since he can still use recover (green would probably be too good).

Actually he reminds me more of Barrett from Final Fantasy VII (except obviously without the machine gun hands). I wonder if Somos is one of the remaining clone troopers... then they really would be "twin" shadows.

Even though he has an ability called Deadly Precision, that weapons doesn't strike me as something that's super effective at long range. Maybe RG with a native accuracy boost. or just RGG since it looks pretty beefy I wouldn't be surprised at a 3 dice attack. Though that could be an upgraded weapon he gets later in the campaign.

Well if you have Ko-Tun in your squad you can do that totally.

False. Disney doesn't have the *movie* rights to X-Men. Marvel, as a subsidiary of Disney, still has the rights for comic books. I'm not sure about other rights, like board and miniatures games, though.

So what if they are? Also, there's more then plenty of characters in the movie who are men.

a.) A game is different from a movie.b.) Verena's ability is that she takes the weapon of a dead person and uses it, not that she has super strength, agility, or sassy-pants.c.) Look at Game of Thrones... The only combat-able woman is freakishly large and strong. They don't even try to have any other woman actually fight, they use poison, deception, and stealth. This character looks more like Daenarys than

So along this same line of thinking regarding the twin shadows rules... That would mean Luke Skywalker could not use his surges with a saber strike special action, because his normal.attack is a blaster?

He looks competitive for me, especially when attacking targets with high health points. His double attack looks good.Is he around during tournaments or does he have he some disadvantages I am not aware of?

Thanks for the answer.I just wanna know what you base that on?If you compare with his skirmish ability then he can use surges on the melée attack there, Luke can use surges on his saber strike. Why is this different?

Some would argue he was pretty useless beforehand too...

Just as an aside, it might be a bit rules-lawyery but the Vibrobayonet doesn't actually have to be on the gun that you use for the second part of the C&P attack. So if you keep your starter gun and attach the Vibrobayonet to that, you can still upgrade your main gun as usual using all of its attachment slots.

Does anyone know if this has been ruled on? That would make the IP freak out!

I know, how dare that impudent Rebel scavenge from the fallen of our great Empire. I think the Twin Shadows is a combination of Tatooine's twin suns and the two big bads in this box. Boba Fett and Somos.

Thanks for the answers.Makes perfect sense now.

I let my two players change one character each after Aftermath in our first campaign. No charge. They only changed Gideon because he felt boring, choosing Diala instead. I was okay with that at such a early point in the first campaign any of us played. We want it to be fun. But changing at this stage, we are at threat 4, I would charge them 1xp as Marcus said or 500 credits. Actually to

As for Saska, she has some great support abilities. I'm Imperial player in a Hoth campaign and my players are effectively using Saska, Diala and Loku to support Verena who just runs circles around my troops and kills them all. Between Saska's gadgets and Loku's sights and getting focused and rerolls from Diala, Verena easily takes down most figures and just chains her attacks.

Close & Personal is pretty lackluster at first. You do have a good chance at recovering surge but otherwise mediocre (only 24% chance at 3 dmg). But once you have crushing blow and Vibro-bayonet (should be your first 5 xp spent imo), it is one of the strongest single target attacks in game. Edited November 15, 2015 by Deadwolf
