different players within a group) is to keep In-Character (IC) descriptions of actions and situations and 'spoken' text strictly in an IC thread, while everything else goes into the OOC threads. As I said, this might even differ per player. In one campaign I play in, I strictly conform to putting dice rolls from Orokos in the OOC threads. @Edgehawk has important rolls to the IC description in the IC thread, hidden with Spoiler tags (he mentioned this above, too). The Game Master accepts both ways of handling this. And that's fine - in that campaign. In others, maybe not so, depending on the rules for that campaign - as defined by the Game Master (maybe with help from the players who might be able to contribute). And then there is that common sense thing. Simple stuff like no swearing and cussing. No sexual remarks and inappropriate descriptions on this

behalf.Unfortunately, Ezmi Atom couldn't make it tonight so she was helping out Carth back in the Apartment building. I have decided that instead of writing up the whole session "Word for word" I will write up the differences my game has to the Kotor game in regards to mechanics and gameplay. This will make the entries far more manigable for me to continue to write up my sessions. Session 1 - SPOILERS!!!! The group awake to find themselves in the rundown apartment building With Carth Onasi who rescued them. This is where the group ask all the relevent question regarding adventure hook which is to "Find Bastilla and get her off world somehow". They exit the apartment and straight into a Sith patrol who has begun harassing a family of Duros, the Sith attack the PC's on sight believing them to be "Republic spies". The ensuing battle results

Session 3 -Lower City. This post WILL contain spoilers to the KOTOR game. The group exited the elevator to the sounds of pitched battle up ahead so tried to be cautious as they had Zuranni, a Female Twi'lek in tow who they are helping to get home. Vintar Kess attempted to make a dash with her and get her to safety which failed and he was attacked by several members of the Black Vulkar gang.Vintar put up a strong show of force killing one gang member in his first assault, but the Vulkars hit him back hard with their shock sticks, knocking him prone, his left leg paralyzed by the strike which caused him to drop both his trusty knives. The rest of the group rushed to the defense of their companion, Koras who had taken cover for the first barrage of blaster fire rushed in to protect

following questions pertain to the module "Onslaught at Arda I" It contains spoilers. --------------------------------- I am running my PCs through Onslaught at Arda I. They are just getting ready to start chapter III. There is a chance of running afoul of an Interdictor Cruiser. I noticed the stats in OaAI are vastly different than the ones is the core rulebook... Anyone have any insight on that? Is it an error? Which stat block do you think is more accurate? I am leaning towards using the Core rulebook stats

from what I saw in team covenants interview Alex Davy mentioned a short bit about the auto thrusters coming out with the starviper. It seems like it's for helping arc dodging vehicles against turreted ships like the yt-1300. I like flying the phantom and interceptors myself and would appreciate something like this a lot against Han Solo. What do you think it will do? I haven't seen any spoilers of it yet so if have mind leaving me a link please

That should help. Also there is one double-sided card which is used in two of the scenarios. One of the scenarios doesn't actually tell you to use it correctly (the encounter set icon for that card is not printed on the quest card) so it can be confused. Just remember that the double-sided card gets used in two scenarios and you should figure it out. Hopefully that's a spoiler-free bit of help

playing Bossk with the card that reads something to the effect "reduce the cost of a villian by five threat and exhaust their deployment card". So for the first five missions or so where I used this, Bossk kept getting killed before he ever got to do anything. My rebels really get a kick out of it and I think it's part of their objectives now when ever they can swing it. JR spoilers: In the last mission we played, he finally gave me my moneys worth and then some, thanks Jabba!!! Edited August 7, 2017 by VadersMarchKazoo

considering the short stories are free (to us) content FFG is paying writers to produce, I think their recent pace averaging every other week or so has been fine. We've had 5 clan novellas release so far, and would be on our 2nd full length novel if not for COVID delays...as is, we should have 3 full length novels released between now and end of January. As far as lack of card spoilers, that seems to be a deliberate choice on FFG's part, wanting the actual stories to show off the big plot reveals. Even in the case of the razed Kyuden Kakita, they were careful to release the story before spoiling the card. I can see that not everyone would necessarily be on board with that choice (I recall some people losing their minds when the Scorpion Clan Coup card was leaked and people started speculating

skimmed through to catch up. Sorry if I missed it, but has anyone considered the recent change to established lightsaber crystal lore is due to what we will see in Rogue One? There is information beyond just rumors that makes lightsaber crystals part of the Rogue One story. SPOILER ALERT if you have missed this

Thunder has ended as has the first map. A cool clear sky has blossomed over Innsmouth and the investigators have bedded down for a quiet night of unnerving dreams. Roughly an hour play time. WARNING SPOILERS Michael McGlenn managed to find some hooch and waste money on a fountain. Then he went from person to person alienating people with his irish brogue......NOT GOING WELL!!!! DICE ARE AGAINST ME. Dr Lee angered a Detective and the hotel owner with his Snideness. Then he got upset about a claustrophobic feeling room. Min Thai Phan talked to frighting children and got the willies after upsetting two old ladies evening tea. Kate Winthrop and her long sexy legs talked to a bookstore owner and managed thankfully to make our one and only friend so far. GOOD ROLL FINALLY No one talked to Zadoc Allen sadly I hope we get there before his appointment

Wars showed the cracks in the "oh so perfect Jedi ethics". They had been seemingly unopposed for centuries and were becoming corrupt from within. Not "manipulating the entire Senate" corrupt, but that path wasn't far in their future. If Palpatine hadn't shown up, enough Dooku's would have come from the orders ranks to start a bloody conflict. That being said, the Sith are pretty clearly evil. I don't want to give spoilers, but the Darth Plageuis revealed the ultimate scheme of centuries of Sith. It's pretty completely evil. Evil not just by actions, but true Sith (of which there had only been two for a long time) don't just draw on the dark side with mechanical precision. The feed off it, individuals like Palpatine have become so thoroughly corrupted by it that he is little more then it's avatar. Palpatine did not have

IceQube MkII, FYI, the update to the update makes the OP read inconsistently now, if someone is reading it for the first time (e.g., hasn't been following along). You might wrap the extraneous or out-of-date discussion bits in strikeout or spoiler tags for clarity. This. Good on you, Q, thanks

imagine the Y-Wing Ace and the Tie Advanced CC cards are going to be announced after those characters appear on Rebels. There is no other reason to not have had them in the last article unless they wanted to stretch material. I'm not annoyed at all, I genuinely think that they are protecting spoilers in this case. Saber Squadron and Janus are prime examples of this

similar, but imo better party (grisban as a berserker, but they had a healer, runemaster and knight as well) For this quest I did go the high damage route. I opted for that instead of conditions, because conditions allow the heroes to stay together while high damage tears their group apart. So I chose Nagas (high damage, ranged, large), Ogres (high damage, knockback, master is undying) and Wendigos (fast, can attack twice, high damage). spoilers: The Nagas were at the top of the map, blocking easy eaccess and doing pretty good damage while Grisban couldn't counter (they are ranged) Then as soon as possible I reinforced the ogres and walked them to the first water tile along with the wendigos and eventually the Nagas as I reinforced them. As soon as they opened the door they were greated with wendigos blocking easy entrance 2 ogres that eventually threw the party

extended BOTS invitational yesterday, the players voted 15-1 to ban the Nantex chassis. In this glimpse of a significantly more wholesome meta on a smaller scale, it definitely seems to be a swarm meta. I'll make a listfortress entry for it, although spoilers, Sloane Agressors won. Congrats to Bohan

Thank you so much, Assussanni! Yes, that helped. I knew about Arkham DB but I've only ever used it for player cards, not encounter ones, I guess to avoid spoilers. It didn't even occur to me to check there. Thanks, again
