next big Scorpion spoiler will be that Shoju's card title is actually Emperor Bayushi -
Just bought into the game and I want to sort and sleeve the cards with deck building involved. However I want to read the fiction as lore is a huge aspect of L5R and one of the reasons I decided to pick up the game. So my question is simply can I open and sort the cards before catching up on the fiction or are there major spoilers in card form

everybody, i just saw the new spoiler for Calm over Westeros: Venegeance for Elia. That card reads Martell loyal, Event, 2 GoldInterrupt: When claim is applied for a challenge in which you are the defending player, choose an opponent. That player must satisfy the normal claim effect instead of you as if he or she were the defending player. Now i am wondering how this interacts with claim replacement, e.g. Seastone Chair or Mirri Maz Duur. Short version: Is Vengeance for Elia Claim replacement or not? Long version: Situation 1: The attacking (and winning player) is first player. So the attacking player triggers let's say Seastone Chair and the defending player wants to play Vengeance for Elia. What happens?a) The defending player can't play Vengeance for Elia since the "normal claim effect" was replaced. Therefore it has no target or wouldn't change the game state.b) The defending player

against Crane? Ancestral Lands. Unicorn this time? Entrenched Position. Again, these are minor changes, but minor changes can make a big difference over the course of a game or a tournament. As far as the the Dynasty characters for the Roles go, the only one we know any text from is the Seeker Initiate which is something along the lines of: We haven't see the text for the Keeper Initiate for any official spoilers, but I've seen a few rumors. I think this is a fair criticism of the system. There is no flexibility to change in a given year once that choice is made. Additionally, because of the inability to test other roles within a given Clan at official events, the only real way to tell is something is wrong is probably going be lack of results for a given Clan as opposed to winning deck-lists -
think, and I'm UTTERLY GUESSING here (not looking at spoilers for TLJ) but I suspect the notion of what a Jedi is needs to change. The main reason we got the NJO wearing robes, losing all personality, and flipping out like space ninjas was that Del Rey sought to "prequelise" the OT and NJO era. That is, instead of there being a natural need or fit for the prequel stuff, they took out a giant shoehorn and got to work. Instead, we should be taking the view that was a cynical, ham-fisted marketing exercise that yanked the franchise in a terminally stupid direction until the Disney buyout, where they recognised the only sane thing to do was shoot the EU in the back of the head after telling it it was a good boy, such a good boy. These specs are force users, pale imitations of the Jedi -
Partial spoiler... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . As far as canon goes, the current Darth Vader comic series story arc is about how Vader makes his red saber, and I believe the novel 'Ashoka' has a part where she cleanses crystals for her white blades -
printers, thats all we know for now. Im sure as soon as the pre-orders start landing in the hands of lucky people all over the world we will see a spoiler thread started -
Really the main thing he could show that is not fully known is the rule-book. And this video isn't just for people that hound spoilers, it's for anyone who's interested in the new game with any level of knowledge of the game -
They have directly named X-Wing tmg (and the old X wing/tie fighter PC series) as influences in an interview. That said, SPOILERS FOR THE VIDEO Edited September 14, 2020 by takfar -
Well I ordered my copy of this today, didn't get to read about the spoiler above until afterwards have to say I'm now wondering why TIE Fighters don't have rear view mirrors with "Things are much closer than they appear..." ala Jurassic Park! Might pick up the Invasion of Arda next unless the Guardians play set gets a release date in September! Edited July 7, 2014 by copperbell -
Major Star Wars spoiler below: I know, pretty mind-blowing -

Thanks to the game store that got me a copy to run I've got RaGP in the Index as well. http://swrpg.viluppo.net/books/book/16/ There's nothing really in here other than the NPCs so if you're trying to avoid spoilers for a while not much to look -

Meditations on the Tao. We believe, based on the half spoiler, that it, as an action, removes a fate from an attacking character. Hasn't been that great in testing. Edited August 6, 2017 by Joe From Cincinnati -
Separate rooms might slow the game down. The scenario isn't timed, just that at the end of each round before placing doom on the agenda and (possibly) advancing, you have to wait for each group to signal they are ready to advance, as sometimes things may happen that affect other groups or the advancing of the agenda. Edit: you wouldn't want to yell things back and forth. Trying not give away spoilers! Edited June 22, 2018 by Somatose -
Exile is really nice for a underworld-themed character. It excels as a supporting specialization for just about any other spec, as long as it fits your character concept. It's kind of the chameleon of specializations, just sorta blends in with your other talents. I have yet to see the Martial Artist spec, but I would be surprised if it didn't fit in well with the Exile. Edit: never mind, found a spoiler. Wow...um, yeah. I think it fits just fine for an unarmed assassin. Really nicely done. Add in the Always Get My Mark signature ability, and you've got a bonafide Force-Sensitive assassin. very pleased product is out, only so that I can start planning on what singles to buy/hunt for when the set launches. I wish FFG would do a full set spoiler like Magic does the week before the set launches, but since they don't... I'm okay with this -
Just type [ spoiler ] whatever you want to hide [ /spoiler ] without the spaces in the brackets -
This kind of lends credence to my guess when the W11 spoilers completed that I'm not going to like this meta and I probably shouldn't bother going to Nationals. I want a howlrunner and hopefully some Black Squaddies

game, or circa the Great Sith War (Tales of the Jedi, Exar Kun's era). The former doesn't take a lot of adapting (I can easily reskin vehicles, weapons and adversaries, and some of my players have played the game), but I'm more fond of the latter because of the aesthetics (but it would require more changes to the aforementioned material, and not all of my players are familiar with it). CotG spoilers below: We are also not running Knight level, and I'll probably need to work a lightsaber quest in there somewhere (Tython or Dantooine could work for any). Any suggestions? been wanting to try and play the game but could never find a game. So the lack of a public game was hurting the community. An exciting thing that came out of the game was that we had one group form their own private group and everyone is signing up for more public games and a few are saying they may bring friends. So we are growing! Here is how the games progressed. SPOILERS AHEADGame #1Our heroes run into the cantina and fail to all hide in time forcing a confrontation with the Gamorrean Guards. One hero convinced the Twi'lek dancer to let them back stage, the wookiee sits at a table full of people cowing them with intimidation so that they handed him a drink and accepted him at their table. The droid hurtled the bar and with amazing deceit started cleaning the bar. It was our local
