playing a campaign? just doing a single cycle, or going after that blob that ate everything? we need a check-in space to share our journeys! use the spoiler bars if you mention any details. i just finished the Dunwich Legacy cycle with Father Mat and Wini Habbamock and man, what a finale! barely made it out alive by the skin of my teeth after thinking things were going too easy. i had no trouble breezing through both Miskatonic Museum and The Essex County Express (which was super-fun; i want to play it again!). Blood on the Altar was great even though i did terrible on the objective (sorry villagers!). i didn't understand Undimensioned and Unseen at all and i don't think i played it right because it was too easy and felt kind of dumb. Where Doom Awaits was awesome ~ this and the train were -
WARNING SPOILERS Wow did that ever go badly. I figured it out and drew the insanity that I could not verbally disagree with the person to my left. During the discussion we followed the wrong suspect to the wrong location and got jumped. There was so much on the board it was insane. Min Thai Phan escaped to the comforts of an asylum, her mind shattered. The rest of us.....welllllll.....The rest of us.....didn't fare as well as she did. Any who were captured were likely sacrificed and fed to fishes or captured and bred with the fishes . I hope poor Michale McGlenn managed to go down fighting. Doc Lee really got aggressive towards the end. Kate Winthrop showed evil into the fires we lit. I like the adventure. its a nice change of pace from the rest of them and plays much more like a Cthulhu -
Spoilers for Rakghoul Squadron Campaign*I think one of my PC's, who is playing an Imperial Spy kind of outdone himself, about two hours after the session, I got this:(make sure to click magnify in the top right) Edited February 1, 2016 by Ebak -
dont need the screen so I'm on the fence about the kit. My main interest is the module, which sounds like it would fit into my campaign really nicely, but the one sentance reviews are mixed. Would someone provide a spoiler filled review/outline? -Lauguz -
sympathiser who draws a Cylon card deals with it in exactly the same way as a Cylon who draws a Cylon card.Forget the part about forcing a Cylon to reveal - I realised how dumb that was as soon as I posted it. It would give away the fact that all other players who were dealt a card *before* that player are obviously not Cylons. So scrap that idea.I won't give away any major spoilers here but... have you seen season 3?Anyway, I still think that this variant could make the sympathiser role more interesting (or at least less sucky than it is now) even if only because the player who receives it will be unsure about their role in the game for its entire first half... which is not only more interesting but also more thematically appropriate. The only thing I would add is that maybe one more thing -

answers involve some spoilers (nothing too heavy)ColtsFan76 said:I disagree. I think the game captures the spirit and themes of the book magnificently. I find the game very thematic. This storyline is a subplot which has yet to be weaved into the main narrative. I'm not sure how FFG could have included this in the game when even they don't know how it is going to eventually tie in. The only way to include Danny's storyline would b to have it as a totally seperate game I would think. There is hardly any magic in the books either, so it's appropriate. The Others are represented in the wildlng attacks (they do after all come from the north.) How? Religion is just something the characters in the books believe in, it's not like the Gods themselves are walking around Westeros or anything. It's not even clear

what's the new Force Power called? What does it do? You're the Spoiler! It's a sacred duty! A heavy burden -
First spoilered section -
Actually the longer I read the rules concerning this question, the more I disagree with Sam Stewart's answer to this very question, but in that same spoiler section a little way up a question about sniper shot comes up and Max Brooke answers the question about sensor compared to weapon ranges as if the intent of the Sniper Shot is fine to be used with starship/vehicle weapons. Plus Gunnery still falls under a "non-thrown ranged attack" which is pretty specific to non-thrown ranged attacks, in other words any ranged attack that isn't a thrown ranged attack. And before people go flying off the handle about: "But Developer said blah blah blah..." two developers are not in agreement about the Sniper Shot talent and starship/vehicle weapons already. The rule should have been called out specifically because many other talents, even other talents in the sharpshooter tree specifically -
combat. Which, with supporting evidence of my above post that Sniper Shot is meant as written to be used with starship/vehicle combat. The matter with Sniper Shot being ranked, the talent as written grants two difficulty upgrades for every rank you use the talent, which I find perfectly balanced. Here's what Max Brooke answered a similar question about starship combat weapon ranges, which was answered above Sam's post in the very same spoiler thread: Arrakus, I think that answers your question about shooting what you can't see when your weapon range is passed your sensor range. And I'm super not interested in what a developer believes the intention "should" be. These are rules they are the internal logic of the game. It's not "rules as interpreted" it's "rules as written". I don't want to just interpret things, because based on interpretation I could -
minor TFA spoilers And I never said no one knew how the hyperdrives worked I said it wouldn't be common knowledge. Hyperdrive engineering and repair specialists would know and maybe some pilots but the average person riding on or flying a ship aren't going to know the exact details of how a hyperdrive works any more then the average jet passenger can explain exactly how a jet engine works. book was released at GenCon today, a friend of mine picked it up. I have no spoilers on it, but I'm sure we will start to see them coming over the weekend

came across this article today spoilers, I guess http://www.looper.com/100897/small-details-missed-last-jedi/sl/speeder-proof-upgrade -
necessarily have to do with dogfighting or daring maneuvers. I do recall the series picking up once they get back to regular squadron business in books 4 and 5. Wraith Squadron did have a different feel but it is established when the squadron is commissioned that they are to be equal parts fighter squadron and commando unit so its not so strange when a lot of the action happens outside of the cockpit; *spoilers* like when Voort goes full Rambo on the bridge of Corellian Corvette -
Since players can read the Keeper Action cards this isn't really a spoiler... in Scenario 5 the witches summones with the Witchcraft card just pop up for one turn then disappear. That leaves me two questions...1) What the heck is that trying to represent? I sold it as ghosts or something just appearing and disappearing...2) Do witches appear in any other scenarios where they are not temporary becuase of the Witchcraft Keeper card

First, a small request: please put the copy/paste of the error details within spoiler tags to avoid Wall o' Text. Thanks! Next, there is currently a bug with customizing attachments. OggDude is aware of it, and has said that the fix will be in the next release -
ever tried to attack him he'd get a dodge or trigger Lucky. I can only picture a single Heavy Stormtrooper just limping away from this unkillable little blue astromech like it's Jason Vorhees. The only thing I can think of that didn't involve R2 was getting the tech test to progress Reclassified which is still the last mission we played (I'm a Rebel in this one). I'll user spoiler tags, but it shouldn't spoil anything that's not in the mission briefing: Another funny aside from the current campaign: we're two missions in and I've done more damage to Jyn with Fenn's Havoc Shot than the IP has. I don't think a single attack has been declared on her, the IP has been so focused on Fenn and Gideon. Shyla probably wouldn't have had any either -
Word is that The Chance Cube has got them spoilers saved for this weekend -
Probably. But who the heck knows with that book. My hope is it switches next Wednesday for a release of June 8, but the amount of belief behind that hope is...minimal. Ooh, but I did realize something: probably only a week to go before someone gets their hands on a copy of DoH! Who's gonna be the spoiler for this -
think so. I've never gotten the book early, but I was able to be the spoiler for No Disintegrations because someone who did get it early stopped into my FLGS and let me copy down the trees -
actually a data cache for a rebel cell, and he needs the data for the Rebellion. The PC has to be curious and inquisitive enough to look past the most obvious reason and solution, and get to the heart of the matter, to pass the test of insight. If you are familiar with Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, there is a GREAT episode that would illustrate this to me. I would warn of spoilers, but the show is 25 years old, A Cardassian war criminal is caught on the station, and is detained for transport to Bajor for his trail for war crimes. Kyra interrogates him while she has him in custody, because of her personal hatred for what the Cardassians did to her planet during the war. He was basically in charge of a concentration camp, and was especially cruel to the Bajorans who were his captives. Think -
Yeah, unless you want to avoid spoilers for the Tempest Feud module it makes for an interesting read. Explosive content this week -
Perhaps a separate spoilers thread for those that want to discuss it, or update the title of this one if folk want to talk wide open about it here -
Thanks, that is precisely what I was looking for. Appearently searching doesn't work on text underneath spoiler tags
