They did? Jeeze, what a terrible idea. With moronic moves like that, thank god the Expanded Universe got thrown under the bus. -
I would probably just strap away from this situation before there becomes a exotic hub for hologirls. -
Great stuff! Thanks, particularly like 'chance cube' -
Awesome cards! Thanks! Very fitting that you guys got to spoil the card "Chance Cube"! Also excited about Rieekan! Chance Cube doesn't seem great if you just think about it as a gamble, but combined with characters with focus sides on their dice, it's going to be a great and reliable way to get a ton of resources! -
We were so excited when we saw the card and can not wait to play it, no matter how "meta" it is or not. We love it -
Chance Cube will be nice with characters with focus heavy dice...but I think it's overall worth was a little overstated in the write up. Secret mission seems to be the best card of the bunch. And it will be better if hero blue mill keeps getting more cards and can actually be a thing worth playing. Would be nice if Rieekan was 11/14 or 10/13....but the 11 health is a plus! He -
I am not sure about Riekkan, the 11 health is a big plus, but beyond that he just seems kind of Meh. he costs 1 more all around then mothma and replaces one of her resource sides with a 2 shield side, gains 2 health and replaces her ability with an ability that is nice for mil and all around just alright in other decks. The 15 points means at least we can see 2

You'll notice there's a lot of places the writers say "if you do X action, you arouse his suspicion" or "fail this check, and he's suspicious", even "if you don't pass this check, he's suspicious". That's what I think the 10 XP is about - minimizing chances to pique the agent's interest and succeeding at playing it off when you can't avoid the situation. If you have to -
I had the ISB guy monitoring their conversation as PCs examined the artifacts. So he knew they were headed to Koler -
I have added the characters from the latest fiction. The two living peasants who escaped have made their way onto the list as viewpoint characters, and someone who killed a Lost(!). -
There's a difference. Sometimes the agenda says "investigators... as a group", sometimes "investigators at your location... as a group." That matters a lot, in some scenarios. But yeah, they don't all have to be there, only those who spend clues. Edited June 22, 2018 by Eldan985

General Rieekan looks like another unplayable hero character, the most expensive support one. 11 health is nice but hey, FN has it to for 10/13! Maybe he will be ok with 1 die in mill decks like Rieekan/Padme/Maz. Secret Mission is nice mill card, Hidden Agenda is great. Chance Cube - hmm, rather bleh. -
Chance Cube: I was pretty hot on this, until I started thinking about how it does against control. Paying one for this and then having it controlled will be very nasty. Which likely means it won't be effective for decks already light on resources because they can't afford to have it controlled, and probably ineffective as a primary money maker (because once the opponent realizes it's important they'll aim to control -
Had a situation come up today that I'm pretty sure I've got right, but wanted some support for the idea. Pushed Into the Beyond reads: Choose and shuffle a non-story asset you control into your deck... If I have an Asset weakness like Daisy's Necronomicon, is it a valid target here? It seems to be... It's not a story asset. You control it. You're not discarding it, so that -
In before "it's a lousy card that's too inconsistent and will never see play". It's probably better in Phoenix, you can play it twice and it's Air for Uona. -
THAT Actress really should get an Oscar. ? -
But it'll be too late to react with the Vengeful Berseker to the sacrifce of the Shosuro actress, because she's sacrificed as cost and the Berserker only enters play when the effect resolves. -
Agreed. But if you were to have two Actresses... -
Borrow Porky??? -
You cannot choose to discard weaknesses. Because it is a weakness, it's not a valid target. You're right that it's not a discard, but I feel the same reasoning applies. Edited August 7, 2017 by mwmcintyre -
Ah, but Pushed into the Beyond doesn't discard anything from play or hand: it shuffles an asset into an investigator's deck, then discards cards from said deck. And the rule you're quoting only applies to cards in hand. -
Both sides are completely failing at reconnaissance this season. MAN that was a good episode. I've never been so happy that dragons don't actually exist! -
Few men can live up to Arasou. *wink wink, nudge nudge* -
I don't know. He seemed to overcompensating for something to me?? -
Who am I to judge. *shrug* I never had the opportunity to charge at archers and get an arrow in the eye.
