I'm curious if you noticed, at least for the in-game times this happened, if swinging your camera angle (and thus the location system for the sound direction) when these problems happened? I notice that a lot on my PC with headphones, where it will cut out if I turn my POV to a certain angle in relation to the sound's source.

No, I didn't notice, and it didn't seem to have anything to do with camera motions, it just cut out randomly. Sometimes the audio troubles carried over into cutscenes, so it might have just been their recording.

Oh I know, I'm not saying it's a flaw unique to Fallen Order, but it's a REALLY glaringly obvious one considering the MC uses his abilities to clearly destroy obstacles in multiple places, but doesn't in others. And given the infamy of cutting power that is the lightsaber, it's just really amusing. That comic strip above perfectly reflects several times in the game, where I said out loud to my

What exactly do you mean by this? Something like "when making a secondary weapon attack with the 'torpedo icon' make 2 attacks, one after the other, instead?Because that certainly sounds like something that could put a serious dent in fat Han builds, would improve ordnance immensely, but would be overkill (and thus overcosted against) small ships and not be a significant buff vs arc dodgers. In other words, everything the game currently needs. Only

Well I mean, it's not like EA has a stellar reputation of fair and reasonable business practices. Given the way they treat their subsidiaries, and the general horrible nature of the current gaming industry when it comes to employee rights and health, it wouldn't surprise me at all that a company would try and tank projects that don't have "a sufficient marketable retention lifespan." I mean, there are several leaked videos out

Scuttlebutt is that one of the driving reasons EA agreed to no micro-transactions in this game was that Disney put pressure on them, especially in the aftermath of the loot box debacle in their Battlefront II. So it's not that much of a stretch that EA agreed to those terms rather than run the risk of them losing what they're hoping will still be a very lucrative license. Avoiding another PR disaster

The game's a good illustration of how FFG does enemies. Minions are still threats to experienced heroes.

I get the feeling that Respawn deliberately tried to avoid going "grand galactic scale" with this game, and to keep the narrative fairly focused and not add too many extraneous bit characters, especially on what is hopefully the first outing for what will be an ongoing series. Apart from the whole "White Male Protagonist" syndrome (which is more an issue with the lead developer having some very skewed notions about the gamer audience and what

I was very terrified and had an OMG moment, when Vader appeared. I also thought, that this is the end for Cere and Cal. But they escaped so narrowly and there was so much tension in their flight, I was relieved when those two characters I came to care for did manage to make it. Not any second did I have the impression that both had any chance to oppose Vader in earnest. Edited June

I agree, it's going to hurt me in two of my campaigns. Something funny is that if Aragorn was a Fallen Hero, you still bring him back as Fellowship Aragorn (you still pay the +1 threat penalty and you don't get to play the cool new Boon on him). The plus side is you can still use all your Aragorn attachments on him. The downside is you lose his sphere and abilities and

My party didn't mind this adventure, though some of the things (like the Yiyar subplot) were a little contrived. I'm new to GM'ing, so I just ran with the adventure as written. My party, though, instead of dealing with things diplomatically, prefers to shoot everything up, so the Yiyar clan has pretty much all been killed/tortured beyond sanity now. They also went to have a shot at Norta when he first appeared

You are correct, Calamity is Army Units only.

One screenshot and for some reason they don't seem to use what was shown in the episode. They aren't afraid of the light. It does hurt them. I wonder what they feed on in the months between visitors to the abandoned base.

Some light hurts them so they are at least hesitant to enter most light.I do like the base as a setting... may have to go there...

True, but the OP does mention it with torpedo ammo drums, hence my reply. If it would be for using bombs then you have a point :-)
  16. Mikael Hasselstein
I think the OP is getting creative with the tea leaves, but I do think that the TIE Bomber should be given something to make ordnance just a little more cost efficient. Maybe something along the lines of what DagobahDave is suggesting. For my part a card that's just a coupon to make missiles and torpedoes just one more point less expensive. While I embrace MJ's thesis that the game is not perfectly

It would still allow Munitions Failsafe to be used and would be a boost to ships like the Y-Wing and TIE Bomber while not making ships like the YT-1300 or the Firespray more powerful. B-Wings would also get a bit of bump but due the cost of ordnance I'd imagine ordnance would get used on named pilots more often than on Blue Squads. Edited November 12, 2014 by WWHSD

This looks like Armada not X-wing,

I'm all for "discard this card instead" for 1-2pt to make multi munitions actually viable. Gotta get the bombs recategorized though, they'd be a whole lot better with rerolls or extra uses.
  20. DagobahDave
Something like that, yeah. I don't know exactly what the wording or cost should be, but paying an extra point or two to get an extra shot with a single torpedo or missile is one of the ways that munitions can be made more worthwhile.

I don't think that's possible. 9 Neutrals will mean you will have: 360 - 9 (Neutrals) - 63 (7 Warlords with their Signature) = 288 cards, which can't be divided evenly amongst the 7 factions. In case you have 2 copies of each of the Neutral cards (as you have now in the Core) you would get: 360 - 18 (Neutrals) - 63 (7 Warlords with their Signature) = 279 cards, which can't be divided evenly amongst

That's definitely part of it. It's why I would have preferred to stay with Val and ... I had to look up Rio and I KNEW I knew that voice.. Rio, rather than switching them out. There was more story there that would have been more interesting than stuff we knew.

Hehe. How about this: Extended MagazinesModification, Tie Bomber only2 points"When attacking with a secondary weapon that instructs you to discard it to perform the attack, do not discard it unless the attack does not hit." Like Munitions Failsafe, just the other way around. Jonus Bombers would become popular.

She helped write the story for the Republic Commando video game as well, which is a prequel to the first novel. She spent something like 6 weeks at a British coammando training facility (as she herself is English) to get first hand experience on real military training and tactics. VERY good reads.

And in this version of the game, we don't have to overcommit the crap out of them just so they don't die to battle resolution!
