with a new trait I think Boba should be 11 maximum. He's super survivable (Beskar armor is good stuff!) but he just can't pump out the damage he needs to do to justify being nearly a third of the list.I agree that many of the Skirmish Heroes need rework. Gaarkhan, Jyn, Fenn, Verena, MHD, and Murne could use a straight cost reduction, Mak needs to roll BG, Saska needs a COMPLETE rework, Biv has a great dice pool and abilities but needs more health, and poor Loku just doesn't hit hard enough. Gideon, Diala, and Davith are working fine as is, I think

have taken a look at the other posts. There are some definite similarities especially in the problem cards, although there are situations where I Zigged instead of Zagged. There are several changes that they made to Biv and the base heroes that I glossed over. I will be editting my post to add several of these. I went a different direction with Loku and Saska than they did, but I feel they do need more fundamental changes. And of course, my list includes the JR heroes, as those lists

that is nothing more than a alternative art conversion would be fine. Turn Biv into a generic heavy weapon rebel trooper with the stats as the current one shouldn't bother anyone I'd think. Then there's no reason to buy the IA stuff unless you were going to do it anyway

problem with biv is his health which c3po and him being near more guys helps with. That is a huge weak point he has. I am a fan but like Luke over him still

going to be refreshing seeing Han, Chewie and first edition Luke again (so many better options these days) and it'll be interesting to find out if Imperial figures are buffed when an ally is used (no threat level!) - Love this rule: As a campaign player, non-unique elite Rebel figures are rarely used (maybe never?) so it'll be nice to get some use out of those deployment cards - The announcement article features Biv (Twin Shadows) Verena (Return to Hoth) and even the Charged Ammo Pack item (Heart of the Empire). Those "future updates" seem very ready

Which other 2 heroes apart from the ones in the box set would you choose for a thematic Bespin campaign? As an imperial campaign player, it would be nice to not have to fight Ghaarkan and Biv every. ****. time. Edited May 5, 2016 by D503

above, co-ordinated attack and adrenal vapor). This was my first impression as well but I think between placing tokens without strain (spectrum scanner, study of enemies) and recovery with mon cala special forces he can afford the strain. There are a lot of times when you see two abilities with similar purposes on different heroes where one is just way more efficient than the other (Compare either of bivs 4 costs with the similar one Mak has, compare trick shot to target acquired, compare deadly prescision to force adept, compare vicious strike to called shot, or create opening, or for the cause, or weapons expert, or snap kick, or veteran's prowess). which was the one where they command the neutral officer to move around. Overall, Rebels won 5 missions (all sides and story mission 4), Imperial won 6 and won the campaign! Absolutely crushed them on the finale, just had way too much firepower, and even with Gideon dishing out actions the +1 damage from all my groups was too much, and the stun from Arc Blasters seriously crippled the team. 2nd campaign: Heroes were Biv, Saska, Mak, and Fenn. Imperial used Subversive Tactics deck. Imperial got Savage Weaponry, Exploit Weakness, Weary Target, Surgical Strike, and last Executioner. Imperial player HATED THIS DECK. Could not do enough damage to our beefed up team (we all got health upgrades with our skills). Heroes steam rolled this campaign, getting the tie victory for 2 xp during Under Siege, crushing Imperial Hospitality, and winning story mission 3 also. The only saving grace

Biv (on the front page of the rulebook) is finally realizing (just like many of us have already did) that his "close and personal" attack is not as powerful as he thought Edited November 21, 2017 by IanSolo

There's a rule under credits somewhere, probably in the Learn to Play booklet, that says you can sell your equipment at half its value. There's an additional rule that says any item you have the doesn't have a value (starting equipment, reward equipment, Biv's items purchased with XP) can be sold for 50 credits

most damage possible (except in the cleave section).- I am not listing all of the mod combinations, just the most effective ones.- This is based on a single attack. Since some mods are exhausted, mods that don't exhaust are sometimes superior to ones that do,when you attack twice. still have a strong (but limited) ranged attack, but an even more powerful up close and personal attack. And when you compare the Quiz to all other 9 cost deployment cards, he is the ONLY ONE that can only do damage through just his one attack (no way to do multiple attacks, or have something else that causes unmitigated damage like the Bantha or Drokkata). Even the core set models like Fenn (and even Biv Bodhrik from Twin Shadows) have a way to get off multiple attacks in some form or fashion. I love the Quiz and am running him in a fun list for the Season 3 Reddit Tourney, but I have found (I've only used him about 4-5 times in total) that he just isn't attacked much. I've only played one game where he was killed, and most games my opponent just ignores

read my post? I said there is a whole lot of stuff from AI that should not be brought over for those reasons! I even said how they can use some of it by simply providing alt art cards of standard legion cards. Like making an alt art heavy weapons figure unit upgrade card that has Biv Bohrik on it. Legion players can just buy products that include the normal heavy weapons figure

ways to pick up an extra surge but Davith is usually going to want to spend that surge to stay hidden. 2) The Shrouded Lightsaber with Falling Leaf and the HIG and while Hidden will deal more damage that the Electrostaff... once (twice with the holocron) per round and assuming you focus your surges on damage. Once Falling Leaf is exhausted you're correct. Honestly though, I sort of feel like Davith is what Biv wishes he could be and then Shyla is just better than Davith

Agreed. There are definitely some characters who could get around it, or at least reduce its impact (Biv with "Advance," Gaarkhan with "Unstoppable," Diala with "Art of Movement," Fenn/Mak/Verena with exhaust-to-move class cards, etc.), but that'd be a fun mechanic to add. It seems more high-reward-high-risk. It should help stave off being wounded (especially if paired with a Black die), but if the IP actually does manage to wound a 4-speed hero, that speed-2 while wounded would be brutal

Single target: Mak, Jyn(counts as both), Diala, Biv, Saska, Loku, Davith, Onar (can be either melee ranged), Jarrod, Ko-Tun Multi target: Fenn, Gaarkhan, Jyn, Diala (w/ Sarlacc), Verena(counts as both melee and ranged), Shyla, Vinto, Drokkatta Support: Gideon, MHD, Murne, Hybrid Support: Diala, Saska, KoTun Edited November 6, 2017 by Deadwolf

designers thinking hide, and Davith's access to it, is FAR more valuable than it is. This is probably because the -2 accuracy can be useful in skirmish, however in campaign, the -2 accuracy has been utterly worthless for us. It's had absolutely no impact across multiple campaigns, not making a single shot miss. The only time it's been useful has been combined with stealth to completely and totally screw over Biv or Rebel melee who chose weapons with red dice. Edited October 8, 2016 by Union

back when I first used it (a Twin Shadows Campaign). Sometimes I wonder if that was what made the finale so one sided, but I really wasn't relying heavily on Troopers in that mission (Biv had his reward), so probably not. I'd say none of the Core decks are particularly weak, but MM certainly is the most straight forward. It's just easy for beginner Rebels to warp their head around when you compare it to Subversive Tactics, and easy for a beginner Imp to wrap his or her head around when compared to Technological Superiority

that naturally have no place in Legion and should not be brought over. But plenty of models have great crossover potential or are new poses of old IA units. There are also figures that I would describe as being nearly compatible but not worth creating their own unique unit profiles for. for example IA exclusive hero figures could be brought into legion with an alternate art version of an existing unit or upgrade card. Biv Bohdric could just be a heavy weapon attachment for a rebel squad. this would make me very happy as I could include these characters I already like and have painted and it would be easy for FFG to do. this option also avoids giving IA players unique units that would not be available to exclusively legion players. The main thing standing in the way of proxying extra units with AI figures are three key components

starting a new one. A one-off, one-day mini-campaign was called for, and (as the Imperial player) I decided to experiment with something a bit different. So the night before (having not had much notice) I bashed together some Hero sheets using the Kensei Imperial Assault Tools Suite. For example: Obviously that's a completely unique anti-hero - except - how unique is it really? Not very! That's actually identical rules to Biv Bodhrik. I also made anti-hero equivalents of Jyn Odan, Diala Passil, and Gideon Argus - a selection of play styles, four available for three anti-hero players to choose from - complete with custom-made and printed Hero sheets and Class cards. I also set aside models for a Death Trooper, Greedo, The Grand Inquisitor, and Agent Blaise to represent the anti-hero characters. Next was to put together a story. To do this I chose
