Wondering if anyone has any additional information that suggests the game will be out in time for Christmas? I realise you can pre-order it now but I live in the UK and would rather purchase from a UK retailer.

The online retailer in the US I usually order from is showing a November release ... so before Christmas seems likely even if November is optimistic.

If it was On The Boat as of 4 October, assume 8 weeks to the warehouse and two weeks shipping, seems possible (though worst case transit time puts that into January).
