I know the game tries to simplify the prices into groups of things and their availability, but I'm sure someone out there made a well thought out list. Has anyone shared theirs with the community? I think it would come in handy.

Here's a big list of WFRP-y stuff. The prices, however, are in the older versions' 20/12/- denominations.
