So, thinking about getting into lord of the rings card game and wanted to collect khazad dum and the related expansions but noticed I couldn't get nightmare cards any where for any price with few exceptions. What am I supposed to do? How come print on demand cards aren't available? I realize nightmare mode isn't essential, just seems like it's likely better and possibly fixes some things as I play the game more.

Doesn't make me excited to the buy the available cards if I can't play the updated version (even if it's just a difficulty increase). Any on advice if I should pull the trigger anyways?
