New to the game looking for a good competative scum 100 pt list. newer to game any help.

A lot of the current lists involved the Jumpmast 5000 with Manaroo and/or Dengar. Fenn is a popular one, as is Asajj. All the scum large base ships are good in their own ways and there's where the faction often shines. That said, do you have any kind of play style you might be looking to do? Large ships turn very differently from small ships so you may want to practice. That said, if you're looking to bomb people or tank or joust, that might affect suggestions. What I did when I was starting other factions (scum was my first) is I'd glance at some of the lists in here, personalize them and then see how it goes. Afterwards I could make adjustments or substitutions. Do you have people to play with regularly? If so and they're willing to let you proxy stuff or use their ships until you learn more, that'd be the best way to get a feel for how the various ships handle and their strengths and weaknesses.

Invest in a Jumpmaster and Protectorate starfighter (those ships are used in most lists).

as above post says, after that it depends on what you like.

My first ship was the starviper, because it looked cool! ( It contains a few good Cards, autothrusters for example.) But that ship isnt highend, still useful though.
