Since the general consensus is that there will need to be a bunch of new scenarios for WFRP3, what are the chances we'll get a scenario contest?

No chance not until next year. No one will have the game in time to learn the rules and write a decent scenario by the end of the year. A lot of people probably will not have the game until Chrismas.

Maybe a contest could be run early next year.

I've decided to stop my StS entry and make it a WFRP3 scenario instead. It needs little more than the ruleset. The rest is already done. Probably better to release scenarios early than wait for a scenario contest.
