I've read a 'new' spec. quality of weapons in the Inquisitor's Handbook (page 124, 'Devil's Kiss) .. What do u mean about 'fast' spec qual?

I think it gives -20% chance to parry attacks made with a fast weapon.

Yeah, that's right. As I recall there's a sidebar in the Feral and Feudal worlds section that outlines "fast." It would have been better just to make a new master list of all weapon qualities rather than have sidebars.
